Use to eat at sushi stop a lot prior to pandemic. First time returning since. The menu changed a bit and the prices are significantly higher than what they used to be. The quality has gone down a bit. This place was good for the price. Now it similar in price to similar sushi restaurants but the quality is subpar in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, food is still great but either reduce the price or improve quality. Parking is challenging in this area. Restaurant is clean. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating. Staff is very friendly and welcoming on a Saturday afternoon.

I forget the name of the 2 rolls purchased but they were excellent. Great to experience when the quality matches the price. I ordered for pickup and asked for a side of eel sauce and they gave me 2 sides which was awesome! I'll definitely visit again before I leave Los Angeles.

Sushistop had very quick service, seated upon angry and food came out within 10 min of ordering. The chicken kaarage looked amazing and Eduardo our server was great.

Oscar was the best server! Came for the $9.99 lunch special and got a wasabi poke bowl. Added a miso soup and iced green tea for $2.99 extra. We were brought out the mini salad by accident, but Oscar quickly fixed it by also bringing out miso soup, so I got to try both appetizers. They also brought us extra sauces for our poke bowls. Great value and portions - I'll be back!

SushiStop is always a favorite spot! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. But what really makes the experience special is Sonia — she’s by far the best server here and at the mall location! She’s always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home every time. Her service is top-notch — she remembers your favorites and always checks in with the perfect timing. If you want great sushi and amazing customer service, definitely ask for Sonia — she makes the whole experience even better!
